General

The Company PROEKO PLASTIKA d.o.o. (hereinafter: the Company) is committed to protecting  the confidentiality of your personal data as the users of our website. The Company will use the collected personal data exclusively for the provision of the services offered and to this end it will do whatever is necessary to protect them from any violations and abuses. Personal data of our website users is one of the areas to which the Company dedicates great care and attention as it is aware of the sensitive nature of that area.

As laid down in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2), the Company has in place arrangements for the protection  of personal data in accordance with the Rules on Personal Data Protection. All persons regularly employed by the Company and the  persons with whom the Company has a contractual relationship and who have access to the users’ personal and other data are familiar with the provisions of the Rules on Personal Data Protection and are aware of the duty to protect personal and other data and are obliged to comply with those provisions on confidentiality of personal data and privacy of individuals. The obligation to protect personal and other data is for an unlimited period of time, also after the relationship with the Company  has ended. For the protection of your data, the Company has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures that protect your data among other things against accidental loss, abuse, or unauthorised access. The measures in place shall be verified on a regular basis and constantly aligned with the state of the art. In the event of a breach of your personal data security generally deemed to pose a large risk for your rights and freedoms, we will promptly notify you about it within 72 hours is possible.

Purpose of application

This Privacy Statement applies to the website https://www.proeko.si/ and for all its users. This Policy applies to a user visiting the website for the first time and for all subsequent visits. By using the website, the user conforms that he/she accepts and agrees with all the provisions laid down in this Policy.

This Policy may be changed or amended at any time with no warning or notification. By using the website after this Policy has been changed, the user confirms that he/she agrees with the changes.

Type of collected data

This website uses analytics software for tracking, i.e. analysing website visits. By analysing the website traffic, we can obtain important input on the requirements of our users. Those results contribute to further improvement of the quality of our offer. Each time a new webpage is opened, i.e. files,  the following data set is stored without any limitation:

  • anonymised form of the IP address of the computer sending the request,
  • date and time of performance , i.e. request and the time spent on our website.

Website users cannot be identified by means of the aforementioned data, which means that only on the basis of the collected data it is not possible to determine your name and  surname and other personal identifying data.

Transfer of personal data to third parties

The Company will not transfer any collected data to third parties, unless such obligation is derived from law, or such action is necessary for the proceedings before courts or other state authorities and for  the protection and enforcement of lawful interests of the society.

Protection of children

We explicitly warn that any and all personal data processing may be used exclusively by the persons who are  15 years old and older. The application of the systems and tools and the related data processing is not allowed to any users under that age limit without a consent of their parents/guardians. If any such data processing should take place despite these safeguards, we will suspend it as soon as we learn about it.

Your rights

In relation to personal data processing, you may exercise the following rights you are entitled to:

1.) Right to be informed: you may ask for a confirmation of whether and to what extent your personal data are processed.

2.) Right to rectification: if your personal data processed by us are incomplete or inaccurate, you may require at any time that we correct them, i.e. complete.

3.) Right to erasure (right to be forgotten): you can request the erasure of your personal data, if the purpose for which they were collected has been fulfilled, if the personal data have been unlawfully processed, if processing unproportionally interferes with the fundamental rights to privacy and protection of personal data or if for processing data, you have withdrawn the consent required. However, it shall be taken into Account  that reasons may exist on the grounds of which no immediate erasure of your data is possible, where regulatory record-keeping requirements concerning the retention of data, pending proceedings, the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, etc. exist.

4.) Right to restriction of processing: you can request the restriction of processing of your personal data where one of the following applies:

  • you contest the accuracy of the personal data or a period enabling us to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
  • the processing of your data is unlawful, but you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of their use instead;
  • we do not need the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but you still require them for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
  • you have objected to processing of the personal data.

5.) Right to data portability: you may request that we transmit to you the data you have supplied to us in a structured, commonly and machine-readable format, if we process the data on the basis of your consent or the processing is necessary for the performance of the contract and the processing is carried out by automated means.

6.) Right to object: if we process your data for the performance of a task carried out for reasons of public interest, for exercising public authority or we claim compelling  grounds for the processing which override our legitimate interests, you shall have the right to object to processing of data, if there are overriding interests to protect your data. You can cancel sending advertising at any time and without giving reasons.

7.) Right to lodge a complaint: if you consider that in the course of the processing of your personal data we have not duly observed the Slovenian or European legislation governing personal data protection and  have thereby infringed your rights, please contact us to clarify any matters. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Slovenian supervisory authority for data protection, i.e. the European supervisory authority.
